End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“you”, “User”) and the creators of MYME (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the MYME app (the “App”), you agree to this Agreement. If you don’t agree, don’t use the App.
1. About MYME
MYME is currently in development and operated by individuals. We are not yet a formal legal entity. This Agreement and our policies may be updated as the project evolves.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, solely in accordance with this Agreement. This app is not licensed for clinical or diagnostic use.
3. What You Can’t Do
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Modify or create derivative works of the App.
- Use the App for unlawful, misleading, or exploitative purposes.
- Resell or sublicense the App or its content.
4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including code, design, and content, belong to MYME’s creators. Using the App does not give you any ownership rights.
5. Your Data
Any health-related data you upload or generate remains yours. By using the App, you grant us permission to store and process your data solely to provide services to you. We do not share or sell your data.
6. Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. It explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Not Medical Advice
This app is not intended to diagnose, treat, or monitor medical conditions. It is for informational and personal tracking purposes only. Always consult a qualified health provider for any medical decisions.
8. Beta Disclaimer
MYME is in early development. Bugs, data loss, and downtime may occur. We recommend backing up any important information separately.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, especially if you violate this Agreement.
10. No Warranties
The App is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any purpose. Use it at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including lost data or health outcomes.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved under Brazilian jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update this Agreement. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
